I want to be a MMA fighter. Is the combo ITF Taekwondo and Freestyle Wresting (like College wrestling) good?

Your three quarters there. You need to learn submissions and to defend against them.

If your truly serious about it then I suggest you train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (or Judo though BJJ is fine with the wrestling takedowns) or ditch the Freestyle wrestling and learn Submission Wrestling which is a mix of wrestling styles, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Sambo. Some crosstraining in Boxing will help too with defending against it as it is the most popular striking style.

ITF Tae Kwon Do and Submission Wrestling|||It would work, but there is a chance that you will be made to learn BJJ if you start MMA. Taekwondo usually teaches grappling for ground and stand up so dont worry to much about that.

If you want to do well in MMA, you need to join an MMA gym.
