Kick boxing or wresting or karate?

i need to lose weight and need to do a sport that will help kick the **** out of someone.


but i wanna sport were i dont have to take of my shirt.


i think kickboxings good,do you have to take off your shirt though?|||You have to take your shirt off for many kickboxing gyms. If you want to lose weight, my first choice is wrestling. Since it's usually a school program and you have to go everyday, its very cheap and it allows for lots of weight loss.|||karate makes you burn more calories than all the other martial arts but the most appropiate one for you is BOXING u dont have to take of your shirt unless you want to!


have you seen a fat boxer???i havent!


if you dont want boxing then do karate!


good luck!|||out of all of those, karate is the only sport where you get to where loose fitting clothing. In kick boxing you have to take your shirt off, and in wrestling you where a very tight shirt like spandex. so karate is your best bet.|||My opinion is between karate or kickboxing, but your doing this for the wrong reasons! So I suggest karate!|||Karate .|||Always lay a foundation with wrestling then do other arts later.|||Kickboxing|||Karate. Find a good teacher and make sure it's not a McDojo.|||kick boxing is brutal. I suggest you not kickbox
