Trying to put on weight for wresting and for next year football season?

i'm 15 about 150 and trying to get to like 170|||I would not only suggest protein because your body is still growing at the age of 15. That is relatively a young age to start bulking up for mass. While you are gaining wait I highly suggest you continue your regular workout routine. Also, if you are gaining 20 pounds in one year you may get stretch marks on your skin because you are growing so fast so I may also recomend you using coconut oil or what pregnant women use during their first year of pregnancy.


There are generally two ways of doing this. One way is to buy a good gainer. Generally the powdered ones that require a mixture of water. Those help and is generally cheaper than buying whats for step two: natural foods. This includes like brown rice, chicken breast, vegs, pineapples, beans, healthy foods.
