The great Kent Walton who presented World of sports wrestling use to desribe them as leotards, I thought singlets were vests|||leotard|||get a singlet|||Blokes should never wear singlets or leotards!
You will get yourself a bad name!|||singlet|||pretty sure its a leotard (which i think is named after the guy who invented it). a singlet is more of a vest ype arrangement - rather than an all-in-one sort of thing.|||I believe the proper term is singlet|||well, to me neither sounds correct but , as i have read endless amounts of wrestling books/articles, they have always been called singlets.
The wwe call their wrestling gear singlets , unless its just trousers (which are usually called tights!)
anyway the correct term is singlet!
